All pricing is in Australian Dollars. ($AUD).

PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE

International Customers are required to pay via paypal.

Australian Customers may choose any of the following 3 methods.

1. Paypal: You do not need to be a registered user of paypal to use this facility. During checkout if you choose to make a payment via paypal, you will be diverted to the paypal page where you can make payment for your order. For more information about this method of payment please visit: www.paypal.com

2. Credit Card: You may choose to pay via credit card; bankcard, mastercard or Visa card only. Upon choosing this method of payment at checkout, please follow the prompts to complete your order.

3. Direct bank deposit: Banking account details will be emailed to you provided after placing your order and completing the checkout process, if you wish to pay for your order via bank deposit (Australian customers only). Items purchased via direct bank deposit will only be shipped once payment has cleared into our bank account.

Non-payment after 5 days of placing your order will result in a cancellation of your order. Please pay promptly to avoid this happening.

SHIPPING

All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of purchase. During peak times such as Christmas, orders may be delayed. If this is the case you will be notified immediately of any delays.

Postage and handling within Australia is calculated as follows;

Standard Post - $6.00 for up to 3 items (each extra item charged at $1.50 per item).

Express Post - $8.00 for up to 3 items (each extra item charged at $1.50 per item).

Registered Post - 8.80 for up to 3 items (each extra item charged at $1.50 per item).

Postage and handling for International orders is calculated as follows;

$10.00 for up to 3 items (each extra items charged at $1.50 per item).

Any significant overcharges will be compensaed with something a little extra in your order. Only after full payment of your order has been collected will your order be posted.

tillytom does not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged parcels once posted. All orders are securely packaged to help prevent any damage that may occur during the postage process. Please choose the registered post option if you are worried about the safety of your parcel going missing through the Australian Postal service.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the handmade nature of each item there may be some slight variations from the website image to your received product. This may be due to differences in computer screen resolutions or fabric placement on specific products. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please do not hestiate to contact us so that we can discuss your order and find a solution.

DISCLAIMER

Some of our products such as our fabric button hair accessories and jewellery contain small parts that do have the potential to be a choking hazard. Please always supervise young babies and children wearing products that are small or contain small pieces. Whilst every effort is made to ensure buttons are secured carefully to our products, these products could cause a choking hazard if not used in a fully supervised environment.
